VRPS Trademark Usage Policy

VRPS, Inc. (“VRPS”) owns the trademarks VRPS® and VRPAccess®.

This policy outlines how these trademarks may be used by third parties.

1. Permitted Use

You may use VRPS® and VRPAccess® to refer to our company and products in a factual, descriptive manner, including:

  • Referring to VRPAccess® in articles, blogs, or reviews
  • Stating compatibility or integration (e.g., “integrates with VRPAccess®”)
  • Identifying VRPAccess® as part of your workflow or service

This type of use is considered nominative fair use and does not require prior permission.

2. Proper Trademark Usage

When referencing our trademarks, please follow these guidelines:

  • Use the correct spelling and capitalization: VRPS, VRPAccess
  • Do not abbreviate, modify, or pluralize the trademarks
  • Use the appropriate trademark symbol on first use when practical:
    • VRPAccess®
    • VRPS®
  • Use the trademarks as adjectives, not nouns (e.g., “VRPAccess® platform,” not just “VRPAccess”)

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use our trademarks in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written permission
  • Use VRPS or VRPAccess in your company name, product name, or branding
  • Register domain names, social media handles, or keywords that include our trademarks in a misleading way
  • Use our logos, visual identity, or brand assets without prior approval
  • Modify or create derivative versions of our trademarks

4. Logos and Brand Assets

Use of VRPS or VRPAccess logos, icons, or other brand assets requires prior written permission from VRPS.

5. Attribution

When appropriate, include the following attribution:

“VRPAccess® is a registered trademark of VRPS, Inc.”

6. Enforcement

VRPS reserves the right to review and request changes to any use of its trademarks that does not comply with this policy. Unauthorized or improper use may result in legal action.
